Why can't I delete a process (Mac OS)?

I installed a mouse control program (TT Level10M), the program took control of the mouse, after which the mouse, of course, began to behave inappropriately (does not change DPI, the cursor is buggy).
The program was deleted in all available ways, but the mouse is still controlled by it. Level10MDaemon hangs in the processes, which cannot be killed - it appears immediately. Files and ports - /Library/Level10M/ removed. Killall did not help, uninstallers (like AppCleaner) do not see it, there are no files with a similar name in the system.
How to get rid of it?
OS - Maverick.
