Mac launches apps after update. Virus? How to fix?

There is a MacBook. Recently updated the OS version. After that, the download of some Forward Open program began to appear constantly. I delete it, but it still opens. It works in tandem with safari.
How can I completely remove it? It looks like a virus. Unclear.
