Why can't I create an album in Yandex.Fotki?

I have a personal account [email protected]
I create an album from it by sending POST to api-fotki.yandex.ru/api/users/stas-home/albums
I send the following xml-document:
BASIC FABRICS
The album is created successfully , I get something like this:
urn: yandex: fotki: stas-home: album: 159898 stas-home35411019 BASIC
FABRICS the most from another account [email protected], sending the same POST to
api-fotki.yandex.ru/api/users/iva.iwano2016/albums
In response I get:
urn:yandex:fotki:iva-iwano2016:albumsiva -iwano2016320044997iva-iwano2016 on Yandex.Photos2015-06-02T15:06:29Z
The album is not created.
Why is that?
OAuth in both cases I get the same and specify in the HTTP request parameters.

Problem solved. The request address is incorrect. You need to take it from the service document from the collection element with the identifier id="album-list". There will be exactly the same address as mine, but the dot will be replaced with a hyphen in the login.
