Why can't I connect via Giga Keneetic to files?

Hello connoisseurs. There is a keneetic giga router. I create a Windows user there with a username and password. And when you try to access the files of another computer on your network, it gives an error that the user and password are not correct. This type of router has the function of adding a Windows user. Router rebooted. Connected both computers with a cable in the router. Router files are detected without problems. But the computers do not connect. Who faced such a problem, or should I buy a tambourine?
Or I will rephrase how to create a new Windows user with a login and password, so that it would not be displayed later when you log in and turn on the computer

In my opinion you are confusing something. The role of the Active Directory controller has never been in Giga routers.
There, samba can be raised for a hard drive connected to the USB port.
Those. access to receive Windows clients to the ball on the router after authorization with the name and password specified on the router.

If I understand correctly and you want to access computer files from another computer, the router has nothing to do with it. You need to connect to the resources of computer1 with the user of computer1 and his password (provided that this user has access to these files), and to computer2 with the user of computer2.
To access files connected to the router in the form of an external drive / flash drive, you need a user on the router with permission to access this resource and your password...
