Why can't I connect to the OpenVPN server?

Given a VPS EC2 on AWS with Ubuntu 16.04.
I configure the server according to the manuals

macOS Viscosity client. Also tried on iOS11 via standard OpenVPN client.
I repeat commands like a monkey, what's the problem?

It's been a while since I set it up, I can't say for sure. Maybe with the generation of keys and certificates and their transfer problem
