Why can't I connect to my WAMP site?

local server

Localhost is working properly, there is a connection to the local network . All ports are open, only port 80 for some reason is shown as closed in PFP, the rest, with the same manipulations, are open, TCP and UDP.

Question: How can I connect to my server from another machine using my external IP?

Note: The rest of the ports are definitely open, the game servers are working properly , I don't know port 80...

Updated: Changed port 80 to 8080 in Apache, everything works => problem with port 80. I will check through Linux, maybe the main problem is in the OS, or maybe in the router.
