Why can't I connect to Mikrotik via winbox?
Hello.
The problem is the following: at some point it stopped accessing the router through winbox. Writes an error: ERROR: could not fetch index (this is the entire text of the error). Gulg points to posts with a similar error - Could not fetch index from 192.168.88.1:80 disconnected or Could Not get Index: Fatal error. , but the recommendations from them do not help (in particular, connect by MAC address, reboot, etc.).
I tried to log in from different machines (including those where winbox never stood) - the picture is the same. Apparently, the too old version of RouterOS does not enter through the browser and it does not have a web muzzle (not sure).
I'm interested in the main thing - is it possible to go there (or at least pull the config) without resetting it to the factory settings, because there is no login / password from the provider, no port forwarding scheme, there is no information about the settings anywhere else.
Router - RouterBOARD 750
winbox 3.17
RouterOS version - ?
Thanks in advance.

The problem is solved - I found the old version of winbox (2.2.18) and went. Apparently the new ones don't work with the old RouterOS (4.10).
