Why can't I click Apply?

In the screenshot, I circled the area in red where I put 2 new checkboxes and I want it to be applied, but when I click on the button highlighted in burgundy, nothing happens at all. I looked at the code and the console, and the thought crept into me that not all styles with scripts are loaded for me, which are responsible for this block of the site.
