Why can't grunt find imagemin-gifsicle?

Grunt.js

I run grunt(grunt build) in the project folder, I get error
>> Error: Cannot find module 'imagemin-gifsicle' I
run grunt concat, everything is OK,
I did
npm install imagemin-gifsicle,
errors occur during installation
