Why can't google chrome open a site from a local server?

When receiving an IP via DHCP, the https site from the local nginx-apache server stops working in google chrome.
When you manually enter everything works.

because specifying a resolver in dhcp on internal and external addresses is somewhat incorrect in the dns server settings, something like forwarder 8.8.8.8
should be specified in this case, the dns server knows that all requests not related to the internal zone are forwarded to 8.8.8.8
