Why can't files be read from the sd card?

We moved the flash drive from the camera to the phone. After that, the format changed in the cards and it became impossible to open photos and videos. The PC sees the flash drive and the files on it (in jpg and avi formats, respectively), but cannot read it. Changing the format from fat to ntfs didn't work. Formatting and restoring data is not an option. Tell me what to do?
