Why can't Embracadero RAD Studio XE5 see my phone?

Good day! I used to program on RAD studio XE5, everything was fine, then I reinstalled the OS. Reinstalled RAD Studio. Now the connected phone is not displayed in the Target folder on the Android platform. What could be the reason? Couldn't find anything on this subject.
