Why can't audio recordings be played on another computer?
At home, a couple of computers with an identical, seemingly, system (Windows hatched from one distribution kit).
On one computer, sound was recorded through the standard native "sound recording" application, in the wma format. The recording was converted to mp3 using adobe premier.
Both wma and mp3 are normally reproduced on computer No. 1 through any player.
On another computer - the recordings are not played back (third-party audio tracks - ok). I tried all the players, the same prime minister, uploaded online converters to the browser - silence, absolute. What is strange, on the computer number 2, the prime minister shows that there are sounds in the recording - sinusoids-peaks, that's all, I'm not an expert, I don't know how to call it correctly. But loses silence.
Also, on computer No. 2, the "sound recording" application again records silence (at the same time, the sound indicator twitches, and voice chat also works, the same skype - everything is ok).
How to save records and what is happening in general?
