Why can't Apache start?

I want to start Apache in XAMPP 3.2.1, but it doesn't start, crashes, error code:

Check and disable antivirus, skype or other instant messengers. Should help.
PS In short, everything that can occupy port 80

Maybe someone will help.
There was the same problem after upgrading to win 10.
I registered hosts in the httpd-vhosts.conf file.
I did not put one slash and an error came out when starting Apache.
