Why can't Apache start?
I want to start Apache in XAMPP 3.2.1, but it doesn't start, crashes, error code:

There was the same problem after upgrading to win 10.
I registered hosts in the httpd-vhosts.conf file.
I did not put one slash and an error came out when starting Apache.
