Why can't angularjs see the variable?

There is a page. Where on click on the button a request is sent and a modal window opens. In response to the request, data is received that is written to $scope as an object. If I display this data on the page, then everything is fine, but if I try to display them in a modal window, then there is nothing, only the ng-binding directive is added to the element. Tell me what could be wrong
