Which JS framework is best for creating a web application on Laravel, which is an analogue of international.pacificamusic.com (a music operator that sells a subscription to commercial online music playback in various institutions)

Laravel is well suited for creating APIs. Decide on the exchange protocol, it can be classic REST or JSONAPI , etc., and on the client side there can be any framework. When choosing a JS framework, start from the requirements for the client side.
I myself recommend Ember.js

JS framework? Yes, whatever you like. Though Angular, even Vue, even pure jQuery - it doesn't matter at all.

Any one you know best will do. If you don’t know any, then, IMHO, there are two options.
If you want to make one project and no longer touch JS in the short term - vue.
If you are going to continue using JS at home and want to invest time in learning a tool that will come in handy in the future - react.
