Why can't a picture be loaded when sharing to VK from an android application?

Hello.
I made a "share" button in my application for android, for sharing messages and pictures in social networks. networks.
By clicking on it, android calls up a standard system dialog with the choice of an application where to send my materials.
When choosing VK and trying to post my message, the picture refuses to be loaded into the message (it is shown in the lower left corner in the icon, but gives an error).

If you do not try to upload a picture, the post is added to VK without problems.
When choosing any other social networks, the message is perfectly sent along with the picture.
Has anyone experienced this? what could be the problem?
