Why can pages with capital letters in get parameters in the address not work correctly in modx revo?

There is a site on modx revo. CNC set up. If you add an arbitrary parameter with capital letters to the page address, then the page is not found. Example: the address domain.ru/page1/?param=valueworks correctly, but domain.ru/page1/?param=Valuealready redirects to a 404 page. What could be the reason?
PS Added a GET output on the 404 page, it shows something like this:

Normally, it works with get parameters, I checked it on several of my projects, everything works fine.
Here is an example of Name=asd and name=asd , param=Value and param=value . Maybe you have specific plugins or third-party routing is used, is there something in the logs?
