Why can Mac OS temporarily not see some hosts?
OSX El Capitan temporarily loses some hosts, causing some sites to become unavailable. moreover, the hosts overlap completely randomly, the hosts are completely different (up to github and google) in a minute everything is ok. I exclude the problem with the Internet. other sites are open during this time. problems with both http and ssh ftp, etc.

I had such a problem, I just discovered that my provider blocks several points of presence of several large CDNs like Akamai by IP, and some large sites work every other time).
But this should not concern Google, as well as ftp / ssh
In general - I hear about this for the first time, have you tried to traceroute to inaccessible sites / servers?
