Why can LibreOffice hang on Linux Rosa?

Good evening. Faced the problem of freezing the LibreOffice application on the Linux Rosa distribution.
The computer is in a domain, the user has a domain account. But when you try to run a document created in Libre, a splash screen appears and things don’t go any further, everything freezes. Under root, everything opens and works fine.
Where to dig?
