Why can fonts break like in the screenshots below?

This is how fonts break in web interfaces, in google documents and in Figma.
Presumably breaks Calibri, but I'm not sure. Rearranged native fonts from the windows assembly, did not help.
Worth Windows 10.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser. If it helps, the problem is most likely in the video card driver.
