How to enable font loading in wordpress library?

Good day, I'm trying to upload a non-standard font to the wp library, it's not easy, because the theme of the site is massive dynamic, you can choose either from Google or custom, when you upload your own, it says that for security reasons the file is not allowed, how to get around this , mime type otf or ttf not found to be added to exclusions ?

But what's the point of uploading a font to Meditech? Download via FTP.
(Although in general it is a bad idea to use your own fonts. It is not safe and a competent user can disable this in the bowser)
