Why can FLASK render_template distort the formatting of an HTML file passed as a parameter?

Hello! While trying to get acquainted with bootstrap, I came across such a problem. When passed to render_template as a parameter of an HTML file: getbootstrap.ru/docs/3.3.7/examples/dashboard I get a "crooked" web page:

If the same file is simply opened with a browser, everything looks very decent. Maybe someone knows what the ambush is?
Thank you!

@Zanak

It would be better to see your view, because strangely, in the form as you describe, there should be no problems.
Here's what Google suggested for the query "python flask render_template plain html": one , two , three , and four .
