Why can Blender slow down?

Quite heavy for my hardware, the scene in a blender, the process of modeling or sculpting itself does not cause problems, nothing slows down
The scene can freeze for 2 seconds, for example, when I just crawl along the viewport, and then sag and work as if nothing had happened , what iron influences that the scene was displayed without brakes?
