Why bootstrap styles override main template.css in Joomla?

Hello, the first day I understand Joomla, I transfer the template from this page to this
one. I think that when scrolling down, the .navbar should turn red, and when the screen width decreases, beautiful 3 menu bars appear, as it turns out in the first case . But when I transferred the code to joomla, .navbar-default fires and overrides the .top-nav-collapse style from the main style sheet. Why? How to fix?

template.css should be loaded after the bootstrap
