Why banks working with legal individuals do not make payments on weekends?

Why, with such high competition, a bank has not appeared on the market, which for legal entities. persons works around the clock (well, there is at least one office in Moscow) and conducts operations around the clock 365 days a year, and not from Monday to Friday as part of a standard banking day? Because every payment from one bank to another goes through the Central Bank? Is there anything that needs to be changed at the level of the regulator/legislator?
ps
And how in the world with a similar practice? Are you familiar with examples of weekend work?

You can use Yandex, WebMoney and others like them. Enrollment and transfers must be instant. Yes, and transferred from card to Sberbank card on any day without waiting for banking days. Then, if necessary, you can transfer from a card account to an old school one. What is the problem?

This is the global practice.
It is not entirely clear what is the meaning of the work of ONE bank on the weekend.
What if the payment will be made to you completely from an UNEXPECTED bank, which does not work that day. So what's the point.
It is a bank transfer legal. faces - nothing.
You can indirectly, for example, already mentioned WebMoney. Legally, this is not money, but securities.
