I'm going to connect an online store as an individual with card processing. I found that most payment systems work through PrivatBank of Ukraine. But everyone knows that at the present time the ghost of Bandera is roaming Ukraine. Is it safe to use the services of PrivatBank and LiqPay for a Russian layman in 2014?
