Why aren't the styles updated?

There is an order to change styles on the site, the customer provided access to files via FTP. But when making edits, they are not displayed, turned caching on and off several times, but to no avail. At what the HTML file is updated, but CSS is not. Old styles from CSS are applied (i.e. the CSS file is included correctly). Please help me to hand over the work soon, but I can't even make edits!

1. Try to clear the cache of the browser and the site
2. If you are using assemblers, then rebuild the site
3. If you are using preprocessors, then try to process the files again - try deleting the project and adding it again
4. Try to add a new link to the css file
5. Perhaps the customer gave you incomplete access to the hosting and perhaps the files are not uploaded - it's worth checking that too.
One of these items should solve your problem...

Caching at the server or CDN level could be the cause.
