Why aren't rewarded ads playing in games?

Rewarded ads are not playing in games as if there is no internet connection. Somewhere, when you try to watch an ad, it hangs, somewhere it gives out oops. The Internet is. I tried to reset the advertising identifier - it does not help for all games (for example, Deep Town does not respond) and for a very short time. What to do?

Actions were taken:
Rebooted the phone. Reset advertising ID. Switched between SIM cards of different operators and wi-fi.
