Why aren't reviews showing?

Completed the first order on freelancer.com, received positive feedback, but on subsequent submissions of applications for work, in the reviews, as before, the value is zero. Only with a full transition to the profile is a review visible. Why is that?

Skills are indicated for each project. In the future, when you place a bid, the average rating and reviews received only on projects with relevant skills are shown.
Most likely you are betting on projects where there are no skills that were indicated in your first project.
