Why aren't forward slash requests sent to Bloodhound?

Good night, tell me why the data is not sent if you enter a slash? the console issues Status Code: 404 Not Found, the search itself is working, but if you enter a slash, they stop working and show that nothing was found.
Maybe in laravel, this is controlled somewhere?
