Why aren't ads working on the YouTube Android app?
Recently, I suddenly noticed that the YouTube application on my smartphone flatly refuses to download and show commercials. Even if the video timeline is littered with commercials, none of them want to work. It seems to want to show something, but then it closes and the video continues to go on. I have never installed any ad blockers.
What could be the problem? Indeed, apart from advertising in the top of Russian YouTube, there is absolutely nothing to watch.
