Why are zeros printed in tty?

I decided to install Arch, everything loads normally, but when the tty opens, zeros start cyclically displayed and it becomes impossible to log in. At what in all terminals such a situation. I tried to boot on another machine and on a virtulka - everything works. Can something be done about it? 4a9ea1277ab04d7689faa4552b34e66c.jpg
PS on the screen is not exactly my case, but the situation is exactly the same.

Doesn't this happen in live mode? Try disabling the keyboard just in case (if possible). Maybe it's in it or in the driver.

There was a similar situation on a laptop: everything was fine in windows, but in Linux there was strange behavior and messages were written to the log about keystrokes that could not be processed (I don’t remember exactly, it was 6 years ago). The following helped: turn off the power, remove the battery, press the power button, return the battery back.
