Why are VCL styles for the TMainMenu component ignored?

Good day to all.
There was such a question. Delphi has the ability to change the style of an application. I choose the "Carbon"

style for my project. The style is applied and looks like this:

But the main menu remains with the standard style.

With contextual help exactly the same situation.
Maybe someone faced a similar situation and knows how to solve it or get around it?)

The problem is known. A workaround is described for example here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17687078/delph... Or upgrade to a newer version of delphi. Now tried, in 10th delphi TMainMenu already correctly perceives styles.
