How to install FM UI Plus in Delphi Rad Studio 11?

I purchased a style for applications on the site: https://www.delphistyles.com
I downloaded the style, but it could not be loaded according to the format in the stylebook. I opened the readme file for the style, and they write there that download and install FMUIPlus .. and everything will be good.
Downloaded, installed, after installation, here is a short manual:

I am creating a new application, but there is no "Enable FM UI Plus" item in the menu, and that's it...

vsf is a VCL stylesheet or stylesheet. To use in FMX:
1. Open the environment
2. From the main menu Tools/Bitmap Style Designer
3. Through this tool open the vsf style and save as a Fire Monkey style
4. Well, after that, add the style to the StyleBook as a normal style
