Why are two gateway ip addresses displayed?
When distributing the Internet from a smartphone, I noticed one interesting feature - the ipconfig utility specifies two ip-addresses at once as the main gateway. What is the reason?

with a 255 mask, the first gateway 0.1 will be unavailable, 42.129 is the real one, and the first one was manually entered on this interface before that. For clarity, you need to do route print
The second is hammered on the interface by hands?
Well, or a DHCP jamb (it is not possible to determine its presence / absence from the screenshot)
