Why are they not hiring (Junior/Intern C#)?

Hello! I recently asked what a jun should be able to do) So, now I'm generally confused. I have a REST application written (regular CRUD) with xUnit tests (with Moq and Fluent), Mongo is selected as the database, I also added an endpoint to check the health of the service, somehow used dependency inversion (I’m not sure how true this was done ). There is also MVC in conjunction with the Entity Framework. I have experience using Rider, Vs, Vs code, Vim. I know git commands and dotnet utilities for the command line (of course, not all). I read a book on patterns, gradually trying to master. But as a result, they don’t even take me for an internship. Although no, not like that, out of 42 applications, I was never called for an interview. Maybe the problem is that I'm a student? Or in a low level of English? I'm just wondering what exactly is missing in the list of skills in the CV so that there is something to work on) Or, I don't know, maybe everyone needs a little different technology. And no, it’s not an option to find out from the companies themselves, not 1 HR justified their refusal, and I think it makes no sense to get them questions

Since the resume is not attached, you will have to speculate.
If they don’t call, then most likely it’s a weak or carelessly designed resume. It is possible that the portfolio on the github is weak or salary expectations are too high. It is possible that in the responses you do not write cover letters and throw a general resume that does not correlate well with the vacancy.
June must be able to do what is required for vacancies.
Well, usually HR justify their refusal.
