Why are there wi-fi outages?
On my linux mint, wi-fi is periodically cut off on my laptop. At the same time, wi-fi is definitely distributed. I see connected on the phone next to me. And the distribution point is a step away from me. It's just that the laptop was in sleep mode - I open it - wi-fi does not find it. More precisely, it finds some kind of left one, but mine, which is heard at my house, does not see it. After the reboot, it already sees normally. And so it is repeated more than once (though not always, but still). Why does this happen and how to treat?

Good afternoon.
Start by determining the module model, driver version.
When you find this out, then specifying the module model, driver versions, OS and laptop, you can start looking for a solution.
So far, you have not indicated any of the above, and therefore it is difficult to find a solution to the problem.

Perhaps you should auto-shutdown when the computer is removed at a certain distance and then you have to reconnect again due to old drivers that do not automatically start or an incompatible program with the model and lags at the next failure. You need to configure the bluetooth module in the system settings, the video card program solved this problem with my mother on an old laptop. (wlan0) These parameters must be entered.
