Why are there two titles on one drupal page?

The first time I came across drupal and I can’t understand why there are 2 titles in the head of the site. The atl-met.ru
site itself One title is displayed using the "Drupal SEO" module, I can edit or delete it, but I need to leave this title and delete the other one. Has anyone experienced this before, any help would be greatly appreciated.

of course you have an error. I haven't tried Drupal SEO. but perhaps the new module will help you remove all unnecessary titles and insert your own. Page Title module.
or do not use SEO, but use MetaTag
