Why are there two graphics cards in device manager?

1)amd radeon hd 7520g + 7600m dual graphics
2)amd radeon hd 7600m series
Sometimes green stripes appear on the screen, interference, output - it's time to replace the video card.
Which one to update?

because you have a laptop with discrete graphics and APU, one video chip in the processor, the second is discrete, most likely soldered on the motherboard. perhaps the cause of interference in a broken loop, a more accurate diagnosis will be done at the service center

The chip, as already mentioned, is soldered on the motherboard. It is impossible / very difficult to change it.
In your case with green stripes , it was most likely not the GPU chip that flew, but the memory chip - one of several neighboring ones. It’s already easier here, but still it’s just soldering.
If you don’t feel sorry for the laptop and / or don’t want to carry it to the service center, you can warm it up. Analysis personally will not give you anything - do not visually determine what is wrong.
