Really all development under a poppy only in the West?

This is not a follower counting application, these are products that will be invested not for free download, but for profit, and no one needs a program to empty the trash.
Complex product = appropriate approach. And the local ones have created a product that is in the CIS, apparently not so often hunted by specialists.

How many apps in the app store have you downloaded in the last year? And how many of these applications are Russian-made? This is where the answer to your question will come from.
If you want to develop something for the poppy, then most likely these are mobile applications. There is a lot of demand here. But again, Swift, as for me, is less often mentioned than the same flutter or react-native.

For example, VK messages are not written in Swift, but in React. And then, an absolutely useless thing, I like to work in the browser more.
From the applications I also remembered - Parallels, but the application is also not for everyone, and it is not cheap.

Because the audience is much smaller. Therefore, under poppy software, either indie developers or large software companies simply port their successful product. Well, there is, of course, the third group - software for creativity. Logic, Sketch, etc. But this is not enough.
And in Russia, as you understand, there are no second or third in principle. Here there are no vacancies.
