Why are there no secret chats in Telegram Desktop?

like according to Durov, this is the most secure among all instant messengers. then why are there no secret chats in the desktop version of the application for windows (the most popular OS)?

because the key is stored on the device. and an attacker with access to your PC can easily read the correspondence.
the same with phones, if Android is rooted, then as the official answer says:

Assuming the attacker has root access, then no application can be secure. For example, to show something on the screen, you need to send it to the device's memory. A hacker with root access can simply read this memory, so that manipulation of the database files becomes unnecessary.
No Android app can claim to be secure from a user with root access. System vulnerabilities that give root access can only be patched by the OS manufacturer. Therefore, all these questions should be addressed to Google.

iOS is a closed system. Android without root access - too.

It would be useful for me to have a secret chat on the desktop, that it will be separate only on a computer (for example, a worker).
It would not load on mobile and web. Of course there are tabs, but this is a little about something else.
As such, "secrecy" is not needed on the desktop, but a separate end-to-end chat is convenient.
