For quite a long time, I have been partially staying in the Czech Republic, using the services of local banks, performing financial transactions, etc. and still can't understand why there is no possibility to make p2p payments from card to card? For example, as in Ukraine, Russia. At first, I thought so only in the Czech Republic, but it turned out that in the neighboring countries of Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, there is also no such possibility. Only transfer to the account and waiting for the receipt of funds during the day. With what it can be connected? I am not particularly competent in this area. Explain, please.
