Why are there no keywords from Google in the metric? "Search engine (detailed) Google, search results" is visible, but why is "Phrase" missing?

In the reports "Reports - Sources - UTM Tags" there is also no information about this visitor. Why could UTM_Term not be transmitted?

Or you don’t pass it right or the site cuts off some parameters.
Are there no phrases in the "Sources - UTM Tags" report too?
