Why are there missed calls?

Hello.
Telephony is running on FreePBX.
It used to be that if there is a call to a call group, and someone from this group picked up the phone, then the rest of the group members on the phones (Fanvil) do not have a missed call.

Suddenly, something has changed, and for about two months now, all members of the called group have missed calls, even if the call was answered by one of the members of the group.

Since the phone firmware has not changed during this time, I conclude that FreePBX is to blame for this.
Tell me, where should FreePBX look for settings for this?
