Recording Answered Conversations in FreePBX?
In my system, I use a queue. After the call enters the queue, all entries with the NO ANSWER status are recorded in the cdr statistics. That is, all redirects of the queue, everything is fixed (figure below). In fact, this is not necessary, because there are a huge number of files. Is there any way to record conversations only with the Answered status?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Edit the /etc/asterisk/cdr.conf file.
Uncomment the line: unanswered = no, or add it if it's not there.
In general, if it is annoying to display all calls in the cdr viewer, then simply select "call status - answered" in the display options (from the drop-down list, instead of All disposition, select Answered)
