Why are there duplicate poppies in the ARP table?

Good afternoon, colleagues, tell me, there is dgs 3612, I recently noticed such a problem in the ARP table, namely, there is a subnet 192.168.1.1, there are several addresses, let's say 192.168.1.2 -192.168.1.5 on all these addresses, the same poppy is recorded in the plate attached a photo.
