Why are there constant ether link down drops on Microtik hAP ac2?

Good afternoon.
I purchased a Microtik hAP ac2 router, installed it, did the initial setup. (I registered the mac address for ether1 manually from the old router, so as not to call the provider with a request to remove the blocking).
I went into the logs, and there:

This is constant. The router is new, it has been turned on for two hours, the firmware has been installed the latest stable. Please tell me what is the reason, how can I fix it. Thanks

1. Check with an old router.
2. Check the rj45 plug and port, it looks like the loss of a physical link.
3. Try not to change mak to eth1, check if there is an error in mak
4. Try not eth1 (for example 2 )
5. Force disable poe on eth1
6. Force fix port speed to 10Mbps.
Does the internet work between link failures?
Does your provider have a vpn?

Well, perhaps the provider is binding the equipment to the port. and you just block regularly. The only option is to call the technical support provider. Drop the router by default and configure everything as it should. who is the provider? you did a question through a wizard? (via quick setup) or did you write everything yourself with pens? maybe the interfaces do not match the provider costs 1GB per port and you have 100mb. I still think.
