InterZet victims and legal advice sought

Hello. In addition to recent stories with the imposition of advertising in HTTP packages, Interzet also practices fools in the “Personal Account” with tariffs. This question wants to know if enough people have been affected by the actions of the provider, and can we file a complaint in an organized way?

My history of tariff wiring is something like this:
* 07/29/2011 I went to my personal account and found out. that instead of the previous tariff for the next month, another one has been chosen - “Complex All Inclusive Tariff”. Also, after much digging, it turned out that they removed all tariffs from the “personal account”, a stern of the varieties of the “Complex” monthly tariff.
I didn’t find my current “Unlim 12-100 Mbps-12” tariff plan in my personal account at that time, which I wrote about in a message to user support staff asking them to clarify how I can choose this tariff for a new period.
* 07/31/2011 I received an answer in the message that I "choose" the "Complex tariff", and to change the tariff I have to call the subscriber service by phone.
* 08/01/2011 The money was debited from the account at the new rate. Calling the support service, I found out that the money was written off forever and cannot be returned.

In this connection, pichal.

1) I really want to hear from people whether there are still victims of the provider in one way or another, and whether you are ready to sign a complaint to the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection

2) Plz help with advice, whether the provider acted legally:
-a) removing some of the tariffs from my personal account
-b) switching me to a new tariff
-c) ignoring my request to change the tariff in the "personal account" (the need for a phone call to refuse)

How much I use the Internet, if you talk politely, they will transfer you to the marketing department, where you will be recalculated right during a telephone conversation. It has happened more than once (both due to my and the provider's mistakes).
I can't say anything about legitimacy.
PS If your balance has run out of money, try brute-force selection of a neighboring IP address in the connection settings. One of these IPs was successfully used by the entire entrance, distributing the Internet over Wi-Fi;)
PPS Employees of the provider, consider the information in PS :)

By the way, since the topic has not been developed, I dug up here, saying that today in the contract in paragraph 9.2 it appears that the provider can change the terms of service even retroactively without notifying the user. In this regard, quite a lot of people change providers.
It turns out the actions of the provider are legitimate.

Because no contract can violate the law. If the law on the RFP says that they must notify, and the contract with the izet says that they are not obliged, then your contract is bullshit and this can easily be challenged.
This is one of the reasons why they gather here in St. Petersburg on the 31st and yell about the rights to peaceful assembly. Because the Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees this right, and the federal law says that all meetings must be coordinated. And do not care that the constitution is above the laws. The city does not agree. Who is wrong? City. Who is actually wrong? People. It's the same here.
I myself work in a provider, there was already a problem with a paid change of mac addresses - one person explained to us that it’s not good to do this, the lawyer confirmed that it’s not good to do this - we don’t do it anymore. I recommend to drop into the law on STD and see what it says (and it definitely says there) about the imposition of services.
