Why are the scenes loading incorrectly on their second launch?

I have such a problem that when I switch from the menu to the game, everything is fine, but as soon as I return from the game to the menu, all the scripts and animations on the stage break right away, why can this happen?

My theory is because of DontDestroyOnLoad so it saves the scene and on the second load there are already 2 of them and it is not clear to the objects where to refer to. But I didn't find any information on how to turn it off.
